There are great views of the moon and planets lining up this month just before dawn. Between the 7th and 19th May Mars, Jupiter, Venus and Mercury line up to form a number of great opportunities for some great astrophotography. Here’s more about it from NASA

Will this effect our gravity
Not to a degree that you would feel on the earth. There may be an effect on the tidal system of the earth but again the forces would be small in accordance with Newtons Law of Universal Gravitation.
